What is Prosperous Living?
Prosperous living is freely choosing the life you want to live and then actually living that life. It’s enjoying the life you have chosen. American Founders University invites individuals to enroll today to begin their path toward learning true principles that lead to prosperous living.


Programs Offered
American Founders University™ is a collegiate University comprised of self-governing colleges and institutes. These colleges and institutes offer courses in four key areas of study: 1) Individual Studies, 2) Family Studies, 3) American Studies and 4) Global Studies.
Individual courses are packaged together to form specific 1-Day Intensives. 1-Day Intensives are usually live, in-person workshops offered on the AFU campus in Provo, Utah. Occasionally, 1-Day Intensives are available by DVD. Each Intensive has a 90-day supplemental distance learning component, offered over the Internet, which is supported by the AFU staff of Student Advisors.
In some cases, 1-Day Intensives are combined to form Programs, which consist of four successive Intensives designed as quarterly offerings.
Founders College™ The primary college for the University is Founders College™. Founders College™ is responsible for all university students’ CORE curriculum, the Fundamentals of Wealth™. Founders College™ offers multiple courses in each of the following subjects: 1) Prosperity Economics, 2) Family, Faith and Reason 3) American History and Civics, and 4) Public Policy and Capitalism. Current programs and Intensives offered by Founders College™ include:

FranklinSquires Institute™FranklinSquires Institute™ offers courses in Creative Real Estate Investing. Multiple courses are offered in each of the following subjects: 1) Creative Real Estate Acquisitions, 2) Wholesale Real Estate Acquisitions, 3) Retail (or Credit) Real Estate Acquisitions, 4) Creative Real Estate Selling and 5) Hard Money and Bridge Capital. Many of these courses are combined into the following 1-Day Intensives:
