
The Utah Supreme court in a 4-1 opinion rejected the claims that a stalking injunction order filed against him was not valid and unconstitutional. The court did however remand back to the 3rd district court regarding finding of facts be included in the decision.
The original stalking injunction remains in place and fully enforceable.
